SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS (2017-2025)

2025-

Claire French
I am honoured to be the recipient of a scholarship with the 2025 Newfoundland and Labrador Public Sector Pensioners Association. This scholarship is of great value as I continue my studies at Carleton university for Neuroscience. This financial assistance will provide great relief and allow me to focus on my studies. I am honoured to be chosen by the NLPSPA as they provide essential services to public sector retirees.

Adam Welcher
I am truly grateful to the Newfoundland and Labrador Public Sector Pensioners’ Association for awarding me this scholarship. As a first-year student at the Confederation College School of Aviation, this support will help ease the financial burden of my post-secondary education and allow me to focus more on my studies to achieve my lifelong goal of becoming a pilot.

Sarah Ryan
Thank you so much to the NLPSPA for awarding me this scholarship! This scholarship will provide me with financial support so that I can continue to share my love of dance with kids, volunteer in my community wherever possible and continue to be dedicated to my studies without worrying about falling behind on schoolwork due to working to pay for university.

Nicholas Norman
I am extremely grateful to be selected to be as a recipient of the NLPSPA  2025 scholarship. As someone in their first semester pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador (MUN), along with the rising cost of tuition, this scholarship helps to put the first semester financial stress aside and allows me to focus more on my studies.
