Celebrate Santa and the Joys of Christmas
This is a zoom event.
Directed by Sherry Crowley, and Accompanied by Judy Parsons Kirby
The Choir will present a repertoire of traditional, fun-loving, and classical Christmas music that will recall your memories of sleigh rides, hot chocolate, singsongs, roasting chestnuts, cold fingers, outdoor skating, and wideawake eyes waiting to hear the sound of reindeer on the roof. There will be something for everyone; you won’t be disappointed! Your memories will drift back to younger days when our world was full of fascination, bright lights, snowflakes, and midnight church services.
The Cloudberries Choir is a community choir based in Holyrood. They have performed almost all genres, including show tunes, movie themes, rock, country-western, songs of the 50s-60s and, their most loved, Gospel tunes, to name a few. They have performed at seniors’ homes, churches and other venues in various towns and communities around the Avalon, to spread the joy of music and song, as these opportunities arise.
