Re-launch of the Spaces Shared Program

NLPSPA and the participating associations of the Newfoundland and Labrador Seniors Coalition welcome the opportunity to provide an information session on the Re-launch of the Spaces Shared Program. This relaunch is made possible by the generous support of NorthPine, whose funding has enabled the company to create dedicated resources and human support to serve communities across the province.

Spaces Shared is a program designed to connect seniors who have a spare room with post-secondary students in need of safe and affordable housing. Seniors who have extra space in their homes are matched with post-secondary students seeking stable, welcoming, and affordable accommodation-creating arrangements that benefit both sides in practical and deeply human ways.
