The National Association of Federal Retirees (NAFR)  is the largest advocacy organization with close to 170,000 members.  We have been advocating for over 60 years for improvements to the financial security, health, and well-being of our members.  We represent active and retired members of the federal public service, Canadian Armed Forces, RCMP, and federally appointed judges.

The RTANL is made up of 5322 members as of October 20, 2023. It represents all the retired teachers in the 8 provincial divisions including Labrador. RTANL is also a member of the Canadian Association of Retired Teachers and at both levels we have active advocacy committees which represent the interests of our members at both levels of government.
