Regular Members are public sector pensioners in receipt of a pension from the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Cost: $1.00 per pay period, deducted from pension cheques on a bi-monthly basis by the Department of Finance, Pensions’ Division, upon receipt of pensioner’s membership application from NLPSPA Office
