DESCRIPTION:NLPSPA and CARP NL are pleased to offer a webinar presented by the Atlantic Branch of the Kidney Foundation of Canada that will cover an overview of the programs\, services\, and supports available through the Atlantic Branch for individuals living with chronic kidney disease (CKD)\, their families\, and friends. The session also raises public awareness about kidney health\, education\, and prevention\, while highlighting how the Foundation’s vision and mission is always at the forefront of all we do.
